Here, the typical fruitness of Belgian Owl is very subtly combined with the mild influence of American oak based on notes of pear, white grape and mild pepper.
Mouth
Fresh and balanced, it confirms the sensations perceived in the nose with surprising fidelity. Fruits of the orchard are delicately combined with the spices and light woodiness of the bourbon barrel.
